At Molli Meltz, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition and reaches you within the specified timeframe. Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience and guarantee the quality of your products. Below is a detailed explanation of our shipping, replacement, and customer care policy:

1. Guaranteed Condition of Your Order

Your order will be shipped with the utmost care and attention to ensure it arrives in perfect condition at the shipping address you provide. If, for any reason, the quality of your order does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must provide a detailed description of the issue and include clear photographs as evidence of your dissatisfaction.

Steps for Reporting an Issue:

  • Contact Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue with clear, high-quality photographs showing the problem.
  • Once the issue is verified, our team will assist you in initiating a replacement or exchange.

2. Replacement or Exchange

If your order is damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, we will offer you a replacement or exchange of the item. The replacement item will be shipped to you within 5 business days after we have received your claim and verified it.

Please note that replacement or exchange requests are only available for items that are returned or reported as damaged upon arrival. If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will either:

  • Reship the same item, or
  • Replace the item with a similar one of equal or greater value at no extra cost to you.

3. Perishable Nature of Products

As our products are perishable (such as chocolate), we require that all claims of damaged goods are supported with sufficient evidence, including photographs. Claims without valid support may not be eligible for a reshipment.

Please be aware that Entisi reserves the right to limit the number of replacements provided for any given order.

4. Address Accuracy

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, please double-check the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. This includes:

  • Street address (including apartment or unit numbers, if applicable),
  • Company name, if applicable.

The shipping address you provide should be complete and accurate, as Entisi is not responsible for the delivery condition of orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.

5. Issues with Delivery Attempts

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the items if the carrier must reroute or delay delivery. Our guarantee is only valid for correctly addressed orders that are successfully delivered on the first attempt.

We are not responsible for any failed deliveries caused by the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or outdated addresses provided by you,
  • The recipient being unavailable (such as being out of town), or
  • Failure to provide a new or corrected address within 24 hours after the first delivery attempt.

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, we cannot guarantee the condition of the items when the package is rerouted or delayed.

6. Returned or Rerouted Shipments

In cases where the shipment is returned or rerouted due to an incorrect address or any other delivery issue, additional charges may apply. These charges will be for the reshipment of your order, as well as for re-labeling by the carrier.

Important Notes:

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional charges associated with reshipment and re-labeling.
  • Mollimeltz is not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect, outdated, or missing address details.

7. No Refunds

Please note that, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any issues with your order via a replacement or exchange as detailed above.
